What is an Attention Grabber?

An attention grabber is an image displayed when the chat widget is minimized. An example is below:

The 'We are here' text and the emoji would be the attention grabber above the widget icon to open the widget body.

How to apply these to your live chat widget?

Please follow the steps below to apply one of these attention grabbers to your web widget:

1. Go to your dashboard URL (this may vary)
2. Go to the service you want to edit (in this case you want to edit the live chat widget)
3. Click on the option 'Edit Widget Properties'
4. On the editing section scroll down to the attention grabber and select the ones you want
5. Submit the changes
