Creating a chatbot

Follow the steps below:

1. Go to Create Bot | Fabical 

2. Sign in/login and fill in the form

3. When your on the bot created page scroll down to the section where you can generate a chatbot ID, screenshot to help you find it:

Please make sure to keep your chatbot ID safe and only share it with trusted people.

Training your bot:

 1. Go to Content Uploader

2. Enter your chatbot ID previously generated

3. You should see a content uploader window, like the one below:

4. Click the 'add' button

5. Select if you want to crawl a website or FAQ:

6. Click 'save' once you've added the information

Once done on the main area for the content manager you should see the uploaded information already there, this shows that the bot has already been trained with it.

Your bot will shortly be reflecting and displaying these answers.
